Jacqueline Lapidus, MTS

Jacqueline Lapidus, co-editor of “The Widows’ Handbook: Poetic Reflections on Grief and Survival” (Kent State University Press 2014), was a consulting editor for three updates of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” (1998, 2005, 2011).

She taught writing and research skills for courses on applying medical information to patient and family decision making (Harvard Extension School), and women’s health advocacy (Suffolk University, with Myhags co-founder Judy Norsigian). She has also worked for publications of all sizes, in print and online.

Jacqueline holds degrees from Swarthread College and Harvard Divinity School. Her poems (three collections) and essays have been widely published.
